Pleasant staff, fairly clean and lovely hotel. They made my stay excellent. I enjoyed having an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Unbeatable location to the clifton suspension bridge.

Thanks for a nice experience, I recommend it. Everything is very clean, I enjoyed it. Next to a bus station, easy to move around.

I loved the helpful staff and tasty breakfasts. The room was rather airy and functional. I found great Steak of the Art restaurant easy walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there. All facilities were clean too. Parking was on-site and I paid extra gbp 5 per day to park my car.

I had a perfect 10/10 experience here, everything was lovely, the location was brilliant short walk to the centre, Wapping Wharf and Bristol Temple Meads train station. Perfect, light breakfast with good coffee more than met my needs. Southville district won't disappoint you: )

The property was charming small! Staff was always available, they are all adorable people. Got freshly renovated, normal double room with great bathroom. The restaurant was nice, offered excellent food. I would stay here again and would recomand to family and friends.

My stay here was quite comfortable. Very amiable staff, absolutely perfect location. Nice food combined with excellent service. I asked for a guest room and the one I was given was well-equipped and functional. Easy check-in, easy check-out.

A fairly basic hotel in Bristol. The rooms were warm and the overall experience was wonderful. I got free upgrade and loved it. I used private parking on site.

the hotel is awesome, very clean. by the way, they will charge you gbp 5 per day for parking. there was nearby brunel's buttery to grab something to eat.
